Félicie Crijns trained as an osteopath at the College Sutherland in Amsterdam. Within her practice, she focuses on the treatment of women, with particular attention to cyclical health and systemic complaints such as fatigue and stress.
She works together with women to better understand their symptoms, recognise patterns, and gradually restore trust in the body.
In addition, Félicie has specialised in osteopathy for babies, with a focus on supporting comfort, movement, and regulation in the early stages of life. She also treats adults with a wide range of complaints, from acute pain to long-standing patterns of tension.
With a strong academic foundation, she continues to deepen her knowledge of the latest developments in osteopathy and women’s health. This ongoing learning informs a careful and up-to-date approach to treatment.
She views body and mind as closely connected and works from the understanding that the body has a strong capacity for self-regulation and recovery.
Her interest in integrative health developed during her Hatha Yoga Therapy teacher training in India in 2017. Since then, she has continued to explore body-based approaches and body awareness as part of her ongoing professional development.
As both an osteopath and a woman, Félicie understands how complex and long-lasting health complaints can be — and how difficult it can sometimes feel to be fully heard. The conversations and experiences with the women she treats have shaped her perspective on women’s health, allowing space for nuance, personal stories, and symptoms that are not always immediately explained.
In her work, attention, connection and listening are central.
Each treatment is tailored to the individual.
