Félicie Crijns, D.O.-MRO, trained as an osteopath at College Sutherland in Amsterdam. She has specialized in women’s health, with a focus on cyclical health and persistent complaints such as pelvic pain, fatigue, and stress-related symptoms.
Her work centres on understanding how physical, hormonal, and regulatory patterns interact over time — particularly in situations where symptoms are recurring or complex.
She enjoys working collaboratively with women to help them better understand their symptoms, regain a sense of stability, and support the gradual restoration of health and resilience.
In addition, Félicie has developed expertise in pediatric osteopathy, with a special focus on babies, and she also treats general complaints in adults.
She believes that body and mind are deeply connected, and that the body has a strong capacity for regulation and healing. Her interest in integrative health grew during her Hatha Yoga Therapy teacher training in India in 2017, after which she pursued additional training in body-based approaches and body awareness as part of her ongoing professional and personal development.
As both an osteopath and a woman, Félicie understands how persistent pelvic or cyclical complaints can feel complex, discouraging, or isolating over time. Many women arrive after months or years of trying to make sense of their symptoms. Her approach is structured, careful, and grounded in detailed assessment.
Treatment is always tailored to the individual. Especially in cases of chronic pelvic pain or persistent abdominal discomfort, time is taken to examine mobility, coordination, scar tissue, diaphragm function, and hormonal and nervous system regulation in relation to one another.
When appropriate, collaboration with pelvic physiotherapists, orthomolecular practitioners, dieticians, or medical specialists is integrated to ensure comprehensive care.
All treatments are provided with technical precision and individual attention.
