From Assessment to Sustainable Improvement

Every consultation begins with listening.

Time is taken to understand not only your symptoms, but how they developed and how they influence your daily life. The way a complaint evolves often provides insight into how it is maintained.

This is followed by a detailed physical assessment. Mobility, tissue tension, posture, breathing patterns, and the interaction between different body regions are assessed. Attention is given to how joints, connective tissues, and organs move in relation to each other, as well as how hormonal and nervous system regulation may be influencing recovery.

Based on this assessment, treatment is provided using precise, hands-on techniques aimed at improving mobility and reducing contributing restrictions.

Treatment is continuously adapted to your body’s response. When relevant, explanations are provided and space is given for questions.

Treatment Progress

In many cases, noticeable progress can be observed within one to three sessions. During this initial phase, we evaluate whether physical patterns are shifting as expected.

If progress is insufficient, the approach is reassessed.

Long-standing or complex complaints may require a more gradual process, with the aim of sustainable, long-term improvement.

Collaboration

When appropriate, collaboration with other healthcare professionals — such as pelvic physiotherapists, orthomolecular practitioners, dieticians, or medical specialists — is discussed.
